Qualifications include.

• Over 16 years of Macintosh service experience
• Certified Apple Desktop, Laptop and Mac OS repair technician since 1996. This is an annual recertification process through Apple Computer Inc.
• Mac OS X 10.3 and 10.4 Apple Certified Systems Administrator
